Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship in more than one package. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each package may have its own tracking information and may arrive at a different time.

Free shipping offers apply to eligible U.S. orders only unless otherwise stated. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges associated with delivery, depending on the destination and how the order is shipped. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Omiana reserves the right to limit or restrict shipping to certain countries or destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, counted from the date your order was placed.

Eligible products may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs and available options vary depending on the return type and whether Redo Free & Easy Returns + Package Protection was added through Checkout+.
